01 Definitions

In this Agreement, the following terms have the meanings set out below unless context requires otherwise:

02 Eligibility

Access to the aku4d Platform and all gaming products available thereon is subject to the following eligibility requirements, each of which must be continuously satisfied throughout a Member's use of the Platform:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. aku4d applies a 21+ minimum age threshold in line with responsible gaming best practice for the Indonesian market. Registration attempts by individuals under 21 will be rejected, and any account found to have been registered by a person under 21 will be immediately suspended with all outstanding balances reviewed in accordance with Clause 6.
• Residency: You must be a resident of Indonesia and accessing the Platform from within a jurisdiction where online gaming is not explicitly prohibited for you personally. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform is lawful under the laws applicable to you.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of Indonesia. Persons under legal guardianship or those who have been declared legally incapacitated may not register.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to an active self-exclusion or cooling-off period on this Platform. Attempting to circumvent a self-exclusion by registering a new account constitutes a Restricted Activity under Clause 9.
• One Account Per Person: You may hold only one registered Account on the Platform. Duplicate accounts are prohibited regardless of the intent or payment method used.

03 Account Registration

To access real-money gaming products on the aku4d Platform, you must complete the registration process and provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at all times. The following conditions apply:

3.1 Registration Information

You are required to provide your legal full name (as it appears on your KTP), date of birth, Indonesian mobile number, and a valid email address. All registration data must be accurate. You are strictly prohibited from registering under a false name, using another person's identity, or providing fabricated contact details.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. aku4d strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account. aku4d will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized use of your Account where you failed to safeguard your credentials.

3.3 Account Suspension and Closure

aku4d reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The registration information provided is false, misleading, or incomplete;
• The Account is being used in violation of this Agreement or any applicable law;
• The Account holder has engaged in any Restricted Activity as defined in Clause 9;
• Continued operation of the Account presents a risk to aku4d, to the integrity of the Platform, or to other Members.

04 Identity Verification (KYC)

aku4d operates a mandatory KYC verification programme. No withdrawal request will be processed for any Account that has not completed KYC verification. The following documents and procedures apply:

4.1 Required Documents

• Primary ID: A clear, unobstructed photograph or scan of your KTP (front and back). The KTP must be valid (not expired) and the photograph, name, and date of birth must be legible.
• Selfie Verification: A photograph of you holding your KTP alongside a handwritten note bearing the current date and "aku4d" — taken on the day of submission.
• Source of Funds (if requested): For withdrawals above Rp 50.000.000 in a rolling 30-day period, aku4d may request a supporting source-of-funds document (e.g., recent bank statement, payslip) as part of enhanced due diligence.

4.2 Processing Time

Standard KYC submissions are reviewed within 24 hours on business days. Submissions received during Indonesian public holidays or weekends may take up to 48 hours. You will be notified by email and live chat message once verification is complete or if additional documentation is required.

4.3 Consequences of Failed Verification

Where a Member is unable or unwilling to complete KYC verification, their Account will remain restricted to deposit and play activity only. Withdrawals will not be released until verification is successfully completed. aku4d reserves the right to close an Account that has remained unverified for more than 90 days after a formal KYC request has been issued.

05 Deposits

5.1 Accepted Methods

aku4d accepts deposits in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the following payment channels: bank transfers to BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI, and Bank Permata; and e-wallet transfers via GoPay, OVO, DANA, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Deposits made via Visa or Mastercard may be available subject to issuing bank approval.

5.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000 per transaction. There is no maximum deposit limit, though individual transactions above Rp 100.000.000 may be subject to additional processing review and source-of-funds confirmation.

5.3 Deposit Fees

aku4d charges no deposit fees. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees. You are responsible for any fees charged by your payment provider; such fees are not reimbursable by aku4d.

5.4 Failed or Delayed Deposits

In the event of a failed or delayed deposit, contact aku4d support with your transaction reference number, the date and time of transfer, and the sending account number. Do not re-submit the same deposit without first confirming with support that the original transfer has not been received, as duplicate deposits can cause reconciliation delays.

5.5 Own Funds Requirement

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including family members, friends, or business accounts — are strictly prohibited. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party account will be reversed net of any applicable reversal fees, and the Account will be subject to review.

06 Withdrawals

6.1 Eligibility Conditions

To submit a withdrawal request, a Member must: (a) have a fully KYC-verified Account; (b) have no pending bonus wagering requirements on the balance to be withdrawn, unless explicitly permitted by the applicable promotion's terms; and (c) have made at least one successful real-money wager since their most recent deposit.

6.2 Withdrawal Methods and Processing Times

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible. Indicative processing times are as follows:

• E-wallets (GoPay, OVO, DANA, ShopeePay, LinkAja): Typically within 10 minutes for verified accounts during business hours; up to 60 minutes during peak periods.
• Bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata): Typically within 2–4 hours during business hours; same-day processing for requests submitted before 15:00 WIB on weekdays.

6.3 Minimum and Maximum Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Standard maximum withdrawal per transaction is Rp 100.000.000. Higher limits are available for Gold and Diamond VIP members — contact your dedicated account manager or live support for details.

6.4 Withdrawal Fees

aku4d charges no withdrawal fees. You receive the full amount requested, subject to your payment provider's own terms.

6.5 Reversal of Deposits

Where aku4d is required to reverse a deposit to its source (e.g., failed KYC, third-party funding, prohibited jurisdiction), the reversal will be processed to the original payment method. Any bonus credits associated with the reversed deposit will be cancelled. Real-money winnings generated using a reversed deposit may also be cancelled at aku4d's discretion pending investigation.

07 Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotional offers made available on the aku4d Platform are subject to both these general Terms & Conditions and any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion. Where a conflict exists between these general terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms prevail for that specific offer.

7.2 Welcome Bonus

New Members who complete KYC verification and make their first qualifying deposit are eligible for the aku4d Welcome Bonus of 100% up to Rp 3.000.000. The following specific conditions apply:

• The Welcome Bonus is available once per Member, per household, and per IP address.
• The combined deposit + bonus amount is subject to a 30× wagering requirement before withdrawal eligibility is triggered.
• Wagering contributions: live casino games contribute 10% per bet; sportsbook single bets at odds ≥ 1.50 contribute 100%; togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) bets contribute 100%; slots contribute 100%; video poker contributes 20%. Odds below 1.50 and void bets contribute 0%.
• The Welcome Bonus expires 30 days from the date of credit. Any uncompleted wagering requirement and associated bonus balance will be forfeited upon expiry.
• Maximum withdrawal from Welcome Bonus winnings is capped at Rp 15.000.000 unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion's specific terms.

7.3 Reload and Ongoing Promotions

Reload bonuses, cashback offers, event-specific promotions (including BRI Liga 1 match-day bonuses, Piala AFF promotions, and seasonal offers tied to Indonesian cultural events such as Idul Fitri and Chinese New Year), and VIP loyalty rewards are each governed by their own published terms at the time of offer. aku4d reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time.

7.4 Bonus Abuse

Any Member found to be exploiting bonuses through low-risk bet patterns, hedge betting, use of multiple accounts, or other techniques designed to extract bonus value without genuine gaming intent will have their bonus cancelled, associated winnings forfeited, and Account suspended. Determinations of bonus abuse are made at aku4d's sole discretion after investigation.

08 Gameplay Rules

8.1 Binding Game Rules

All games available on the aku4d Platform are operated under the rules published by their respective software providers (including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft). In the event of a discrepancy between game software behaviour and displayed rules, the software behaviour prevails and the applicable studio's dispute resolution process applies.

8.2 Sportsbook Betting Rules

All sportsbook bets — including single bets, accumulator bets, and mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) wagers — are accepted subject to the aku4d Sportsbook Rules published within the sportsbook section of the Platform. Key principles include: (a) all odds are confirmed at the time the bet slip is accepted; (b) bets on void or cancelled events are refunded at stake; (c) match-day promotions apply only to qualifying bet types and markets as specified; (d) maximum payout per single bet ticket is Rp 500.000.000 unless otherwise agreed with support for high-stakes Members.

8.3 Togel Draw Rules

Results for togel Singapore (Singapore's official numbers lottery) are taken directly from the Singapore Pools official draw. Draw times and ticket cut-off times are displayed within the Platform and default to Singapore Standard Time (SST, UTC+8 — one hour ahead of WIB). aku4d publishes results within 15 minutes of each draw and credits winning amounts automatically to the Member's Wallet.

8.4 Malfunction Policy

In the event of a technical malfunction — whether in a slot game, live casino stream, sportsbook feed, or togel result processing — all affected bets are considered void and stakes are returned to the Member's Wallet. aku4d will not credit artificial wins generated as a result of a software or data feed malfunction, regardless of what is displayed on screen at the time.

09 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the aku4d Platform. Violation of any of the following will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of relevant balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account (multi-accounting), regardless of the device, payment method, or IP address used;
• Providing false identity information at registration or KYC verification;
• Using a third party's identity, payment method, or financial account to fund or operate an Account;
• Colluding with other Members at live casino tables or in any game format;
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any tool that provides an unfair mechanical advantage;
• Exploiting software errors, display bugs, or pricing anomalies for financial gain — any winnings generated through an identified exploit will be voided;
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, match-fixing, or arbitrage activity that undermines the commercial integrity of the Platform;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing aku4d support staff or other Members;
• Attempting to circumvent a self-exclusion or cooling-off period by registering a new Account;
• Using the Platform for any purpose other than genuine entertainment gaming.

10 Responsible Gaming

aku4d is committed to promoting safe, controlled, and responsible gaming across all product categories. The following tools are available to all Members at no cost and take effect immediately upon activation:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Increases to deposit limits are subject to a 72-hour cooling period; reductions take effect immediately.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive an on-screen notification after a configurable session duration (15, 30, 60, or 120 minutes).
• Cooling-Off Period: Suspend Account access for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. The Account cannot be reactivated before the selected period expires.
• Permanent Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your Account. This action is irreversible. All remaining Wallet balance at the time of exclusion (less any bonus credits) will be returned to your verified withdrawal method within 5 business days.

11 Limitation of Liability

11.1 No Warranty

The aku4d Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. aku4d makes no representation or warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary service unavailability.

11.2 Liability Cap

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, aku4d's total aggregate liability to any Member for any claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 90-day period immediately preceding the claim.

11.3 Exclusions

aku4d shall not be liable for: (a) loss of profits, loss of revenue, or loss of data; (b) any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages; (c) losses arising from Force Majeure events; (d) losses arising from a Member's failure to safeguard their Account credentials; or (e) any decision to void bets or reverse transactions in accordance with this Agreement.

11.4 Member's Own Risk

Participation in any gambling product on the Platform is undertaken at your own risk. You acknowledge that gambling involves a risk of financial loss and that past results are not indicative of future outcomes. aku4d is not responsible for gambling losses incurred on the Platform.

12 Privacy

The collection, processing, storage, and use of your personal data by aku4d is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you also accept the Privacy Policy in its current form. Key points include:

• Personal data collected at registration and KYC verification is used solely for account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance purposes;
• aku4d does not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent;
• All data is stored on encrypted servers with access controls restricted to authorized personnel on a need-to-know basis;
• You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting [email protected], subject to applicable legal retention requirements.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

13.1 Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which aku4d is licensed and incorporated internationally. Nothing in this clause prevents aku4d from enforcing its rights in any jurisdiction in which a Member is located.

13.2 Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute arising from this Agreement or your use of the Platform, you should first contact aku4d's customer support team at [email protected] with a written description of the dispute and the resolution you are seeking. aku4d will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and provide a substantive response within 5 business days.

13.3 Escalation

If you are not satisfied with aku4d's resolution of your complaint after the internal process has been exhausted, you may escalate to the Platform's applicable international regulatory body as identified in the licensing information section of the Platform footer. aku4d will cooperate fully with any regulatory investigation conducted by a duly authorized gaming authority.

14 Amendments to These Terms

aku4d reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, Members will be notified via email and an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the change takes effect. Your continued use of the Platform after a revision's effective date constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your Account and withdraw any remaining balance before the effective date. The version date displayed on this page will be updated to reflect the most recent revision.
